Shikha Akhilesh Saxena conceptualized and led a unique three-day leadership immersion programme at Drass, Kargil, for Mahindra’s senior leadership team. Along with Captain Akhilesh Saxena, she conducted over 15 interactive sessions on the actual battlefields where the Kargil War was fought. Participants experienced first-hand the realities of leadership under extreme conditions, learning lessons on courage, decision-making, teamwork, resilience, accountability, and mission focus. The programme combined battlefield visits, storytelling, leadership workshops, and discussions with a Kargil War Hero, creating a powerful transformational experience for corporate leaders. This programme demonstrated the ability to translate real military leadership lessons into practical corporate leadership insights.
